Daniel settled into the salon chair, his reflection in the mirror making him more aware of every imperfection. He glanced at his stylist with a determined but slightly anxious expression.
"I need to look really good today," Daniel began, his voice softer than usual. "My podcast is moving to YouTube, and I want to soften all my rough edges. You know, really polish the look."
His stylist, Amy, raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What do you mean by 'soften'?"
Daniel ran his fingers through his hair, tugging at a few strands. "I’ve always felt a little...harsh. My hair’s too sharp. I just want to tone everything down—make it smoother, more approachable. I want to look like I’ve got it together but without feeling intimidating."
Amy smiled warmly. "I know exactly what you mean. We’ll go for a natural, elegant look. Gentle makeup to brighten your features but nothing too bold. We’ll keep it fresh, warm, and inviting."
Daniel nodded, her shoulders relaxing a bit. "That’s perfect."
